Today is the final day of my @platform_ms takeover. It seems appropriate that I am spending the day at the sauna with my sisters-in-law. We have been talking about arranging a girls day together for 10+ years, and now it is finally happening. The photo is everything I am packing for the day. Seems a lot considering you have to be naked at the sauna…but it includes medication and food – for before, during and after to keep the sugars in order. Sauna days are lush, but don’t come without issues for diabetes and MS! Therefore I will be offline, as I will have no pockets to keep my phone in

It has been a really interesting week and it forced me into taking time to reflect on my situation, and learn about instagram! It has also enabled me to rediscover my passion for writing and for that I am very grateful. After taking a break due to wrist/elbow issues (continuing), I am now keen to find a way back into it.
